As 2021 begins, we look forward with hope. Vaccines certainly provide a positive outlook, but we’re not yet out of the COVID-19 woods. While many lessons can be learned from Suckfest 2020, perhaps the most important one is the need to find ways to cope during these uncertain times.

As Desmond Tutu once said, “there is only one way to eat an elephant: a bite at a time.” To help you better digest 2021, on a weekly basis I’ll be offering up 7 ways to help you get through these days.
